Scope
These terms set out the basis on which recruitment services are provided to employers and other clients. By instructing us to provide recruitment services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Fees and engagement
Our fees, payment terms and engagement arrangements are agreed in writing with each client before a search begins. Standard fee structures and rebate terms are available on request.
Responsibilities
Employers remain responsible for their own interviews, technical testing, references and final hiring decisions. We recommend that clients carry out their own checks to ensure a candidate is suitable for a particular role.
Introductions and confidentiality
An introduction is deemed to take place when we pass a candidate's details to a client, whether by email, through our platform or by other means. Client confidentiality and candidate data must be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
